The service

GLOUP offers haircuts by appointment at Colby College, plus a free AI hairstyle preview tool. It is run by one person as a sole proprietor.

Booking

Booking a slot reserves that time for you. Please arrive on time; if you are significantly late the appointment may not be possible. Payment is due in person at the appointment.

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancelling is not self-serve. To cancel or reschedule, message @pk_with_the_clipper on Instagram at least 12 hours before your appointment.

No-shows may be charged the full price of the haircut.

Text messages

By entering your mobile number and ticking the consent box on the booking form, you agree to receive text messages about your appointment.

• What you get: one confirmation message and one reminder message
• Frequency: up to 2 messages per booking
• Cost: message and data rates may apply
• Opting out: reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not send marketing messages. Replies to the automated number are not monitored — message us on Instagram instead.

AI hairstyle previews

The AI preview is for fun and gives an approximate idea only. Results are generated automatically and will not exactly match a real haircut. Upload only photos of yourself. Previews are limited per day and expire after 24 hours.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site — no fake bookings, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no uploading images you do not have the right to use.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. GLOUP is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.
